In this Summer CPD Series, we will cover real-world housing risks that surveyors routinely face on a daily basis.

Topics covered:

In this session, we will:

• Consider why, and how, basement conversions are done
• Understand the risks for client, as well as for the surveyor
• Learn about what can go wrong and what to look for
• How to deal with uncertainty when writing reports
• Consider options for further investigations

Format:

This CPD training will be delivered live online via Zoom. You are welcome to ask questions and participate in the discussion.

It will be recorded, and a link to watch the session at a different time, along with any relevant notes and resources, will be sent to all registrants.

This training qualifies for 1 hour of formal/structured CPD.

Designed for:

The training is intended for, but not exclusive to, those who are involved in the pre-purchase survey or acquisition stage of either residential or commercial property.  However, it would equally be of interest to everyone, regardless of background of training. No prior knowledge or qualifications are required. It is taught in English, so you must have a good understanding of the English language.
